The Concept Plan is a 'snapshot' of a series of 'bold ideas' for the future of Central Coburg. These ideas were identified during our ongoing commmunity engagement program and were tested at the Coburg Initiative Design Workshop.
Q. What is the purpose of the Concept Plan?
The Concept Plan is designed to stimulate the conversations and exploration of these ideas in partnership with the community and stakeholders.
Q. How can I provide feedback on the Concept Plan?
On Tuesday 30th of June, the Coburg Initiative is hosting a Community Information Forum. The purpose of the Forum is for interested members of the community to find out more about the outcomes of the Coburg Design Workshop and discuss specific issues or opportunities with the project team. Community members are invited to drop in to the Forum between 5.30pm -8.30pm. The Forum is being held at the Moreland Civic Centre, 90 Bell Street, Coburg.
From the 22nd of June to the 3rd of July the Coburg Initiative will be having an online community forum to obtain your views on the outcomes of the Coburg Design Workshop. The forum is designed for you to share your ideas and views and to hear what other people have to say about the future of Coburg. Join the discussion by clicking on 'Forum' above.
Q. How will my feedback on the Concept Plan be used?
All feedback on the Concept Plan will be used to inform the Coburg Master Plan which will be released later in 2009. The Master Plan will outline the specific land uses for the Central Coburg area.
